Step into the unique world of Feldenkrais in Vernon.
The Feldenkrais Method is an alternative exercise therapy that is based on principles of physics and biomechanics made to improve body movement and well being.
On Saturday, April 27, Kinetic Quest, led by Feldenkrais guild certified practitioner Will Cullen, will be hosting a free taster experience, in partnership with the non-profit society, ‘Collaborate!’
“We’re thrilled to offer the Vernon community a taste of the transformative benefits of the Feldenkrais Method,” said Cullen, founder of Kinetic Quest. “Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, improved flexibility, or simply curious about exploring new movement possibilities, this event is for you.”
The event will feature awareness through movement lessons and a live functional integration demonstration. The movement lessons are designed to increase awareness of patterns and promote relaxation and flexibility.
Participants are welcome to attend all sessions, or drop in as their schedule allows.
The event begins at 11 a.m. from the Knox Presbyterian Church, and runs until 3 p.m.
