Hayden expands studio

New name, new location – Vernon’s Hayden Fitness has expanded into a new studio to accommodate its growing client base.

Established by Marie Hayden in 2007, the company has doubled its class offerings and will now be known as Hayden Fitness & Yoga.

“Our focus is to bring a holistic approach to fitness and wellness while utilizing the expertise of local naturopaths at Balance Natural Health Medicine, physiotherapists at Concept Physio as well as acupuncturist Marilyn Bell of Interior TCM Acupuncture and the Pilates Connection,” said Hayden, whose program list includes strength training, yoga, nutrition and fun cardio options.

“Clients learn how to work with their bodies through strength, core function, flexibility, nutrition and hormonal balance.

“Clients are encouraged to explore their ability, challenge their limitations, and pursue their goals to become stronger and more vibrant,” she added.
