Charity auction nets $12,000
A major fundraiser has paid off for non-profit community agencies.
The United Way’s spring online auction generated $12,213.
“There were the most bidders ever and a lot of first-time bidders to the auction,” said Linda Yule, executive director. “We are really pleased with the results. We owe a big thank you to our sponsors, donors and bidders for these great results.”
The funds will go towards activities provided by a number of local services agencies.
