Branch hours change

Armstrong-Spallumcheen residents have spoken and that means new operating hours at the library.

Okanagan Regional Library’s Armstrong branch will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 1 to 8 p.m. starting July 3.

The change is a result of a recent customer survey.

“Many comments were received that helped the library set new hours to better serve members in the region,” said Marla O’Brien, with ORL.

“The branch will still be open 35 hours per week.”
