Get ready for the Leo Kids for KidSport breakfast fundraiser.
On Friday from 7 to 9:30 a.m., get your breakfast to go, and help underprivileged Greater Vernon kids get into sports. The breakfast in a box fundraiser will be held in the old Canadian Tire parking lot on 27th Street.
The cost is $5 and breakfast includes pancakes with sausage and a juice box (Sun Rype) or coffee (Tim Hortons).
The Vernon Leo Club is a youth organization of the Lions Club while KidSport is a non-profit charity that provides grants for kids to remove financial barriers to structured sports.
