The Vernon Camera Club is presenting its annual photography exhibit in the Coatcheck Gallery, located in the lower foyer of the Vernon Performing Arts Centre.

The exhibit features some of the finest photographs by members of the club, said club president Ian Bull.

“The photographers have created images throughout Vernon, the Okanagan and far beyond to culminate in this eclectic mix of images,” said Bull. “From high quality black and white and colour prints, to digitally altered images, the exhibit features a variety of scenes and ideas.”

Some of the photographs are for sale. Purchase inquiries can be made through each individual photographer and there is a catalogue and contact list available at the Coatcheck Gallery.

The public will have an opportunity to meet with some of the photographers at the opening reception Monday,  March 3 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
