Impaired case before court
A Coldstream man appears in court today to face several outstanding charges after he was arrested for an alleged second impaired driving accident in October.
Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle off the road near Learmouth Road in Lavington shortly after 3 p.m. on Halloween.
According to the police, the driver was already prohibited from driving.
Gurinder Bajwa, 44, was remanded in custody pending today’s court appearance by video conference in Vernon Provincial Court.
