Polson Park death not foul play
Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a man found in Vernon's Polson Park Sept. 27.
The body of Terrance Fergus, 47, of Vernon, was found near the fountain at 25th Avenue and 32nd Street.
"The police investigation has determined the deceased was not a victim of foul play," said Cpl. Gerry Kovacs, with the RCMP.
The cause has been turned over to the B.C. Coroners Service.
"The RCMP serious crime unit will continue to assist the BC Coroners Service on this investigation as required," said Kovacs.
