Accident closes highway

Highway 6 near Coldstream Ranch was closed Monday afternoon following a three-vehicle collision.

The accident happened around 3:30 p.m.

Police report one vehicle T-boned another near the intersection of Highway 6 and Kalamalka Road, and pushed the vehicle into another one.

The highway was closed for almost an hour as police and crews investigated and cleaned up the damage.

There were minor injuries reported and no tickets were issued by the police.
