Crash victim identified
The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a woman who died after a motor vehicle incident at Wood Lake on Dec.19.
She was Elly Collins, 59, of Salmon Arm.
Collins was the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle that was involved in a single-vehicle incident on Highway 97 at Wood Lake in the early afternoon of Dec. 19.
She was heading northbound on Highway 97 when her vehicle went out of control and into the lake.
