NDP leader makes Vernon stop

The leader of B.C.’s official opposition is coming to Vernon.

Adrian Dix, B.C. NDP leader, will be the guest speaker at a party fundraiser Feb. 27 at the Village Green Hotel.

The event is being hosted by Vernon-Monashee candidate Mark Olsen.

Doors open at 5:45 p.m., with the dinner at 6:30 p.m. and Dix’s speech at 7:15 p.m.

Tickets for the dinner are $100 and they can be reserved by calling 250-558-9515.
