Okanagan Spirits receives international recognition
Okanagan Spirits has been awarded the status of World Class Distillery and Distillery of the Year for 2013 by the World Spirit organization in Klagenfurt, Austria.
This recognition is due to repeat medal winning entries' in their annual spirits competition.
These entries include 52 medal winners, 25 of which received gold. This annual spirits competition attracts over 65 craft distilleries from all over the world.
In the prestigious Cornucopia Wine and Spirits Tasting event held in Whistler each November, Okanagan Spirits products (Canados, Poire Williams and Blackcurrant Liqueur) have been singled out for selection in their top 25 products.
