NDP critic putting Vernon on agenda
Seniors issues will be on the agenda when a provincial politician visits Vernon.
Katrine Conroy, NDP seniors and long-term care critic, will be at the party’s campaign office Saturday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at 3011 31st Ave.
“Over the past months, Katrine Conroy has consulted with community and stakeholder organizations, families and seniors about issues facing seniors in B.C., serious issues such as elder abuse, neglect, and poor treatment at residential facilities,” said Mark Olsen, Vernon-Monashee candidate.
“I’m so pleased to be able to offer people in Vernon and area the opportunity to speak directly with Ms. Conroy.”
