A man who left a Vernon medical facility without completing treatment may be in Alberta.

Vernon RCMP believe Dale Chernenkoff, 30, may have been in the Calgary area around and shortly after Christmas.

“As he is a transient-type person, there is a possibility he could return to the Okanagan or other areas between B.C. and Alberta,” said Vernon RCMP spokesperson Gord Molendyk.

Chernenkoff is described as Caucasian, five-foot-10 and weighs about 240-pounds. He is described as heavy set, with long blond/brown hair, and he may also have a slight beard.

If anyone has information of where Chernenkoff can be located, please contact the nearest police department.
