Guilty pleas likely in child porn case

A Vernon child pornography case could be nearing a conclusion.

Court records indicate that David Clayton Willerth, 39, intends to enter guilty pleas in October in connection with his arrest on a myriad of charges in May 2013.

Willerth is facing 25 counts including 16 counts of communicating via computer to lure a child under the age of 16.

Willerth also faces charges of possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography, making or publishing child pornography, invitation to sexual touching under 16 and obtaining sexual services of a person under 18.

He has been in custody since his arrest in May 2013, and is scheduled to return to court Oct. 6.
