Dial a dope investigation leads to arrest in Vernon

A dial a dope drug trafficking operation saw an individual arrested in Vernon.

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP completed another project investigation last Friday, June 2. The investigation led to the arrest of a 27-year-old Vernon man, Dana Kirton, in the 10,000 block of Kalamalka Lake Rd.

At the time of arrest he was found to be in possession of quantities of cocaine and heroin believed to be for the purpose of trafficking along with other drug trafficking paraphernalia. Kirton appeared before a Judicial Justice and was released on conditions for a court appearance date of June 22.
