Enderby candidates set

Enderby residents can hear directly from those individuals wanting to represent them.

On Tuesday, the Enderby Chamber of Commerce will host a forum for City of Enderby mayor and councillor candidates and the candidates for Area F of the Regional District of North Okanagan.

“Residents of Enderby and rural Enderby can use the all-candidates forum as an opportunity to learn about the candidates,” said Madison Giesbrecht, event co-ordinator.

“We have three electoral contests that will shape the future of our area.”

Doors open at the Enderby Seniors Complex at 6:30 p.m. and the forum begins at 7 p.m.

“During the forum, each candidate will be given the opportunity to make an opening statement,” said Giesbrecht.

“After this, the audience may submit questions on paper to the candidates, which the moderator will ask. Following the question period, each candidate will issue a closing statement.”
