A second Vernon man has entered guilty pleas in connection with a shooting incident in Vernon’s Polson Park in August 2014.

Adrian Johnathan Dziedzic, born in 1991, pleaded guilty in Supreme Court in Vernon Tuesday to three firearms-related offences.

A pre-sentence report will be heard May 23.

Jacob Daniel Lowes was found guilty of assault causing bodily harm and four firearms-related offences earlier this year in connection with the incident, which began at the now-closed Green Valley Motel and finished in the park.

Lowes is back in court Monday to fix a date for his sentencing.

The matter for a third man involved in the shooting remains before the court. His trial is slated to begin May 29.
