Road closed in Spallumcheen Thursday

Young Road will be closed at certain points from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for maintenance

Spallumcheen residents are being advised of a short road closure Thursday.

The township has announced Young Road will be closed from approximately 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for road maintenance repair.

The road will be closed on the gravel section only from 2395 Young Road to 2600 Young Road. This section of road closure still allows residents to access their property from Lansdowne Road and Highland Park Road.

“Please ensure that you use courtesy and care when in the area and obey all traffic control personnel and devices during maintenance,” states the township. “Thank you for your patience during this time.”

If you have any questions please contact the office at 250-546-3013 or visit the township’s website at www.spallumcheentwp.bc.ca.
