Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP have a suspect in custody following a bank robbery Monday afternoon.
A male suspect walked into the Royal Bank branch at The Shops at Polson Park at around 2:30 p.m., demanded some cash, and fled the scene on foot.
“A suspect was located a couple of hours later in the Okanagan Landing area,” said RCMP Sgt. Colby Attlesey.
Charges, as of Tuesday morning, had not been approved against the suspect.
