The Township of Spallumcheen has updated details on the Hutley Road fire.
The wildfire interface situation continues to be stable, with B.C. Wildfire and the Armstrong-Spallumcheen Fire Department managing the continued monitoring and clean up of the area. RCMP scene security continues.
The emergency operations centre (EOC) at the Spallumcheen municipal office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, pending any changes in the status of the wildfire.
Any changes to the status of the wildfire situation and the emergency operations will be communicated to the media and at www.spallumcheentwp.bc.ca.
Hutley Road north and Head Road are open and Hutley Road south is open for resident traffic only.
