Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 17 of the Woodlot Licence Planning and Practices Regulation, that a Woodlot Licence Plan (WLP) has been prepared for Woodlot Licence #2021 held by 1168381 BC Ltd. Woodlot #2021 Schedule B land is located 15km north-east of Lumby, BC in the Silver Hills area. Schedule A land is located 24km north of Lumby, BC in the Trinity Valley area.
If approved by the Okanagan Shuswap District Manager (Ministry of Forests), the Woodlot Licence Plan will apply for a term of 10 years from the date of approval.
A review and comment period of thirty (30) days is open for public review and comment of the WLP, between the dates of January 25, 2024 and February 28, 2024.
