Alphonse Chevrette

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free

I’m following the path God laid for me.

My life’s been full, I’ve savored much

Good friends, good times,

a loved one’s touch.

Al was pre-deceased by one brother, Aldeo,

and leaves behind two brothers, Ross (Cecile)

and Camille (Rita) along with two sisters,

Aldea Marceau and Pauline Gerein, many

nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends.

Al was born and raised in Falher, Alberta.

As a young man he moved to BC where he

lived in various communities until he settled

in Westwold approximately 30 years ago.

Al was a hard worker who loved to fi sh,

hunt, garden and play cards. He enjoyed

socializing with his many friends and family.

Al was always willing to lend a hand in

whatever way he could. All who knew Al will

miss his laughter and generous spirit. Please

join the family for a Celebration of Al’s Life

to be held at the Westwold Community Hall

on Saturday, May 10, 2008, at 1:00 p.m.

with a tea to follow. In lieu of fl owers, donation

may be made to the Westwold Women’s

Institute. Cremation and arrangements in the

care of Personal Alternative Funeral

Services, Vernon, 558-0866.
