ANNA THERESA (QUESNEL) ANDERSON

Daughter of Lumby pioneers Wilfred & Blandine Quesnel. Family and friends have learned of the passing of Anna Theresa, in the Hospice House at Vernon, B.C. on June 15, 2005. Born on July 19, 1925 in Lumby where she was raised, and resided on the last acre of the Bessette estate, with her children Danny, Charlene and Wendy. Pierre (Eunice) Bessette came to Lumby from St. Anicet, Quebec in 1875 and were the first to pre-empt land in the Lumby district. Interment held at the Lumby Cemetery alongside her grandparents Pierre & Eunice Bessette on June 18, 2005. Anna was predeceased by her son Daniel Charles Warren (Elsie), her first husband Bernard Warren, and second husband Allan Anderson. Also predeceased by brothers Eugene, Cyril, Armand (Jean), and Ronald Quesnel and one sister Leah Vollins. Anna is survived by one sister Malvina (Bob) Cadden of Lumby, B.C. and two brothers Herbert (Delia) Quesnel of Vancouver, B.C. Gerald Quesnel (Frieda) of Warburg, Alberta. Survived by sister in law Joyce (Ernie) Kronborg. She is also survived by two daughters Charlene Theresa Huwer (Jim) and Wendy Ann Crebo (Bill), grandchildren Marie (Scott) White, Steven, Sarah, Kristine and Kathryn Huwer. Treena, Kiel and Jesse Crebo. Twilla (Jason) Zucco, Tammy Warren (Cory Rudsvik). Great grandchildren Brittany, Kenneth and Robbie White, Breanna and Daniel Zucco, Jesse Warren & Brooke Rudsvik.
