MR. CLARENCE LLOYD WHITE passed away in Hospice House on Wednesday, September 29th, 2004 at the age of 80 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Grace, to whom he was married for 58 years, one son; Mike (Virginia) White of Hope, B.C., two daughters; Terry (Frank) Ovington of Lumby, B.C., and Nancy (William Milward) Hamilton of Mission, B.C., 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one sister; Jean Caspell of Nanton, Alberta and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son; Rickey, one brother; Charlie White and four sisters; Marion Bucar, Evelyn Madison, Lucy Smith and Millie Middlebrook. Clarence served during W.W.II with the Calgary Highlanders, was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Sons of Norway. He loved to dance and had a wonderful sense of humor. In respecting Clarence’s wishes, he was cremated and there will be a Service held in Nanton, Alberta in the Spring of 2005.
