Clarence Meller

Mr. Clarence Henry Meller went Home to be with his Lord on July 14th, 2006. He was born on November 25th, 1912 at his parent’s homestead in Morrin, Alberta. In 1936 he graduated from Western Bible College in Calgary, Alberta and pastored churches in East Coulee, Bellevue, Tilley, Duchess, Patricia and twelve years in Brooks, Alberta before joining a radio ministry in Calgary. From 1954-58 he pastored in Wibaux, Montana. Returning to Calgary, he tuned pianos for two years before purchasing a music business in Kamloops, B.C. In 1970 he moved to Grindrod and lived there until he passed away. He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers and his first wife, Dagney in 1966. He is survived by his wife, Muriel, his children; Marvin, Lorraine, Ron (Bev), Max and Joanne, seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held at the Enderby Evangelical Chapel on Monday, July 24th, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Gerald Meller and Pastor Scott Hemenway officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Kamloops, B.C. on Tuesday, July 25th, 2006 at 11:00 A.M.
