Kenneth “Murray” Pollon

Mr. Kenneth “Murray” Pollon, a former resident of Cranbrook, B.C., passed away at Heron Grove on Sunday, August 12th, 2007 at the age of 81 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Helen in 2002, his son, Ken in 2001 and one brother, Jim in 2003. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Vickie Pollon of Vernon, B.C.; three grandchildren, Kim (Chris) of Vernon, B.C., Scott (Tasha) of Nelson, B.C. and Kristi (Scott) of New Zealand; two great-grandchildren, Ruby and Owen of Nelson, B.C.; one brother, Albert (Ellie) of Courtenay, B.C.; one sister, Joyce Toovey of Minnedosa, Manitoba; his special friend, Mary and her family as well as many extended family members. Murray was a former member of the Cranbrook Shrine Club and the Masonic Lodge. In respecting Murray’s wishes, he was cremated and there will be no Funeral Service held. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Murray to the Shriners Hospital For Crippled Children, c/o Gizeh Temple A.A.O.N.M.S., 3550 Wayburne Drive, Burnaby, B.C.
