Margaret KLOTH

Mrs. Margaret Kloth passed away in the Alexander Wing of Vernon Jubilee Hospital on Friday, August 31st, 2007 at the age of 93 years, after a short battle with cancer. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Catherine Pruss of Glasgow, Scotland, Irene Young of Vernon, B.C. and Archie (Jennie) McMeeking of Vernon, B.C.; four grandchildren, Scott (Shannon), Alan, Anne (David), all of Vernon, B.C. and Sheri (Roger) of Drayton Valley, Alberta; ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews in Scotland who will always affectionately remember Margaret as “Aunt Maggie.” She was predeceased by her first husband, Archie McMeeking; her second husband, Frank Kloth; two grandsons, Ian Young and John Dickson; two brothers and four sisters. Margaret was born on February 10th, 1914 in Glasgow, Scotland. She came to Canada in 1960 and worked for many years as a professional homemaker. Cremation preceded the Funeral Service which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 8th, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. with Mr. Brian Jackson officiating. A Reception will follow in the Tea Room at Bethel Funeral Chapel.
