Peter Popoff
It is with sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, Peter.
Grand Forks, BC is where Peter was born, grew up, married Paula Savin, raised his family and operated his business, Boundary Industrial & Automotive Parts. He later divorced and moved to Vernon, BC. He owned and operated Revelstoke Lodge from which he retired 15 years ago.
Peter was predeceased by his brothers: Mike, Bill, and Lonnie Popoff; and his sister, Luba Popoff.
He is survived by his sister, Nettie (Paul) Makortoff; two daughters: Laureen Upshaw and Carolyn (Brian) Popoff; two grandsons: Joshua (Jennifer) Seymour and Josiah Seymour; four great grandchildren: Sydney, Jordynn, Denver, and Bryn; and his beloved companion dog, Badger.
The family wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and care providers of Interior Health.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, 4303 Pleasant Valley Road, Vernon, BC V1T 4M4.
