CHOUINARD, Phil of Oyama, passed away peacefully in his sleep in the Central Okanagan Hospice House on September 28th, 2017.
Phil is survived by his son Richard (Linda), daughter Shelly Duncan, two grandsons Kalen and Declan Chouinard.
A Private Family graveside service will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kelowna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association, 200-1890 Copper Road, Kelowna, BC.
