It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Robert (Bob) Shephard at Creekside Gardens on Monday May 8, 2017 at the age of 71.
He is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his two daughters Suzanne Shephard and Melissa O’Connell and granddaughter Charlize O’Connell.
Bob has been known in Vernon for years with his tireless work with United Way by doing Bob’s Big Walk on an annual basis and raising $10,789.00.
He will be missed by his faithful clientele with his window washing business in the City of Vernon.
He also loved playing his guitar and singing at
Karaoke but his true love was bowling which he did at least three times a week.
Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to United Way.
