MACDONALD, Sheryl Mae
March 7, 1957 – August 26, 2017
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Sheryl MacDonald on August 26, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Sheryl is survived by her husband Alex, father Bill, daughter Melanie and husband Kirtis, daughter Tammy, grandchildren Olivia, Tatum, Maddox, Sawyer, Silas, and many brothers and sisters. She was predeceased by her mother Mary in 1998 and her brother Dan in 2011.
Sheryl was a kind-hearted woman who loved the outdoors, camping and cooking. Her favorite moments in life were those spent with her friends and family. Her family is united in wanting to thank the staff at the Vernon Hospital and the North Okanagan Hospice. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Vernon Christian Fellowship (4507 29th Street, Vernon, BC). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are encouraged to be made to the North Okanagan Hospice Society (3506 27th Avenue, Vernon, BC V1T 1S4).
