Dear Mayor and City Planners,
Re: the contruction of a four-story rental development on the corner of 25th Avenue and 27th Avenue.
This is not your usual intersection - 25th Avenue, 27th Avenue, and Allenby Way join one another. These road ways are all curved or angled.
To have a driveway with 40 plus units – pedestrians and vehicles – entering and exiting on to 27th Avenue is a disaster waiting to happen.
Not to mention, the use of ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, etc.
Please reconsider. Thank you.
