Sicamous extends KIJHL series
Calgary rookie Jagger Bowles is having a superb playoff run with the Sicamous Eagles.
The 18-year-old forward fired his 12th and 13th goals of the post season Wednesday night as the host Eagles stopped the Kelowna Chiefs 3-1.
Kelowna leads the KIJHL best-of-seven semifinal series 3-1 going into action tonight at the Rutland Arena.
Brendan Devries also scored for Sicamous, while TJ Dumonceaux replied for Kelowna.
The Beaver Valley Nitehawks lead the Fernie Ghostriders 3-1 in the other semifinal.
