Kelowna Rockets hot at home
They have been one of the Western Conference's best teams over the last month, but not even the Victoria Royals could stop the Kelowna Rockets from extending their prosperity on home ice.
The Rockets scored on their first three powerplays en route to a 4-2 Western Hockey League win over the Royals Wednesday night, earning their 15th consecutive victory at Prospera Place.
Zach Franko, Myles Bell and Tyson Baillie scored on the powerplay for the Rockets. Colton Sissons had the other single. Jamie Crooks and Ben Walker replied for the Royals.
The Rockets (27-10-1-1) travel to Prince George this weekend for games Friday and Saturday against the Cougars.
