Rolke sisters stellar in Fruitbowl tourney

A trio of Lincoln Lanes youth bowlers teamed up for bronze in the 43rd annual Fruitbowl tournament at Capri Lanes in Kelowna.

The Lincoln Lanes team of Andrew Schiewe, Robyn Rolke and Kurtis Piotfroski, coached by Rory White, combined to go 241 pins over average in the 16-team event. Each team comprised a Bantam (8-10 years old), Junior (11-14) and Senior (15-19) bowler.

Robyn Rolke recorded the Junior high single game with a 219, while her older sister Caitlyn delivered the Senior high series (751) and most pins over average (203).

Lincoln Lanes’ Trevor Kerr fired the Senior boys high single with a 254.
