Brenda Ellis, of Sutton Group – Lakefront Realty, has earned the certified international property specialist designation.

The designation was awarded to her by the National Association of Realtors for completing coursework devoted to learning international real estate practices and demonstrating proficiency in international business.

“I can efficiently work with all international buyers, including Canadian residents looking to invest overseas, foreign buyers purchasing in the Canada, as well as recent immigrants who might be unfamiliar with real estate transaction practices in Canada,” said Ellis.

“My business focus will continue to centre on inbound relocation to the Okanagan as well as resort/second home purchases and sale in Mexico.”
