Volkswagen receives top honour

Vernon Volkwagen has been named one of the top Volkswagen dealers in the country.

Volkwagen Canada recently presented the Vernon dealership with the Wolfsburg Crest Club, which was awarded to just 12 dealerships in Canada, only two of which are in B.C., in 2017.

Membership in the Wolfsburg Crest Club requires a factory Volkswagen dealer to meet exemplary benchmarks in: customer satisfaction, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, part sales and service excellence.

“It is important to us to receive this award because as a team we know that we have ticked all the boxes and accomplished what we needed to accomplish to be one of the elite dealers in the country,” said Vernon Volkswagen general manger Thomas Brandle.

Brandle said that he is proud of all the employees hard work because if just one of their departments were found lacking they wouldn’t have been recognized.

The national company has strong praise for Vernon Volkswagen.

“From Volkswagen Canada we congratulate Vernon Volkswagen for this achievement. They have become a part of a select number of dealers to receive this award,” said Edgar Oliver, Volkswagen Canada area manager.
