Sandler Training will deliver the growth driven organization workshop to business leaders in the Thompson-Okanagan April 22.
The growth driven organization is a two-hour workshop that allows participants to walk way with the basic tools to get their company on the path of being growth driven.
The workshop is facilitated by John Glennon and takes place at the Sandler Training centre in Kelowna.
“ A lot of my work is with business owners who simply struggle with the concept of taking their organization to the next level of growth,” said Glennon.
“Perhaps they have been great at being product or service driven and just lack the strategies and tactics to focus on what really matters, their economic engine. The workshop allows people to participate with others and walk away with items they can implement right away.”
The workshop is open to business owners, senior executives and managers of organizations in the Interior.
“We work with companies of all shapes and sizes. The common denominator is how serious they are to change, compete and grow. That is the difference,” said Glennon.
