First it was hamburgers.
Next, it’s sausage.
Armstrong’s Haugen Community Healthcare Society will follow up a very successful Burger and Beer fundraising event at the Armstrong Legion with a smoky and hot dog barbecue.
The event will take place Saturday, July 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Askew’s.
“Everything is being provided by Askew’s, including the barbecue,” said the society. “Please come out to support us and help us keep our doctors in our community.”
The Burger and Beer event included donated prizes from sponsors.
“We know there are a lot of choices when it comes to donating, and we are grateful for all the support shown to us,” said the society. “We are also very pleased to see more members coming out to our meetings and helping at the fundraisers. We’d like to see more new faces.”
