More than $50,000 was raised by the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) during its annual car raffle at the CSN Collision Father’s Day Car Show in June.
The vehicle, a Lexus IS 300, was donated by Lift Auto Group, part of the CSN Collision network
Kelowna’s Amanda Mason won the raffle.
“This car is going to change my life,” she said.
All proceeds from the raffle contribute to the delivery of life-changing programs and services for young survivors at the CYAC.
“We are so grateful for Lift’s ongoing support of the children we serve,” said Ginny Becker, CYAC executive director. “The car raffle makes a powerful impact in the lives of the kids we serve and connects so many wonderful people to our cause.”
Lift Auto Group President Mark Reineking said his organization is proud to support the CYAC.
“The car show and raffle are such a fantastic way to raise awareness and support for the CYAC’s incredible work with kids in need.”
Other raffle sponsors were Acera Insurance, BASF, CSN Collision, Jim Pattison Lease, Lawson Lundell LLP, and Mario’s Towing.
