Greater Vernon residents are being asked to help shape the future of culture.
The Regional District of North Okanagan will host a public open house Saturday at the Village Green Centre to gather public input on the cultural plan being developed.
“There will be opportunities to review and comment on the vision, guiding principles and draft policy directions that have been developed through public consultation and the input and guidance of the steering team and the Greater Vernon Advisory Committee,” said Tannis Nelson, community development co-ordinator.
The open house will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and an iPad will be given away at the end at 2 p.m.
“Your input qualifies you for entry into the draw,” said Nelson.
