Global march reaches Vernon

5th annual global march on Saturday, May 21 at the Greater Vernon Museum and Archives courtyard at 11 a.m.

Vernon is part of a global grass roots initiative with peaceful protests scheduled in over 400 cities against genetically modified foods

March Against Monsanto Vernon joins hundreds of thousands across the world for the 5th annual global march on Saturday, May 21 at the Greater Vernon Museum and Archives courtyard at 11 a.m.

A public speaking event where people from all around come to share information, meet, greet, sing and speak in order to raise awareness and better prepare us to deal with GMOs the dangers they present to all living things on our planet and the importance of seed sovereignty.

Vernon will host guest speakers Huguette Allen from BeeSAFE and Roland Peltier of Vortex Aquaponics. With musical guests Priscilla Judd and kid favorite Kiki The Eco Elf

The focus will be:

-Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, the chemical that all GM crops are grown with and its impact on our gut.

-Shifting the Paradigm A Quantum Perspective
