Ride rolls through town

The 13th annual Okanagan Shuswap Century Ride will be bringing Okanagan cyclists back to Armstrong and Salmon Arm this weekend.

The family event has grown to see 400 cyclists challenge 100-km, 56-km and 14-km rides of their choice. The ride takes off from Memorial Park on Pleasant Valley Road in Armstrong at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

Volunteers will be helping to keep riders and motorists safely separated, motorists are encouraged to be patient with the riders.
