Rock the Cradle Bonspiel helps VJH

The event takes place Oct. 19 at the Vernon Curling Club

Hurry hard and register your team for the second annual Rock the Cradle Bonspiel.

The event takes place Oct. 19 at the Vernon Curling Club and partial proceeds will go to the Sun FM Have a Heart Radiothon and women’s and children’s health services at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

“Register your mixed team today,” said Vicki Proulx, Sun FM promotions co-ordinator and organizer of the event, which is sponsored the Best Western Vernon Lodge.

“No curling experience is necessary. It’s a great opportunity for team building and all businesses will receive a tax receipt.”

Registration includes a mixed team of four people (including one woman), two to  four end games of curling, games, prizes and dinner.

Registration fees for the event are $210 per team and they must be paid by Oct. 11.

Contact Gail Hogan at 250-545-9222 at Sun FM to confirm your registration.
