Wesbild communities Predator Ridge and Turtle Mountain are hosting three family skate nights at Websild Centre in support of Habitat for Humanity’s Vernon chapter.

The first family skate goes this Sunday from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.

The next skate takes place Dec. 16 from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m., followed by the final family skate Dec. 29 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Off the ice, there will be raffle tickets available to purchase in support of Habitat for Humanity featuring the prizes of a signed Hockey Canada jersey and a gingerbread Hockey Canada Log Cabin replica created by the chefs of Predator Ridge.

The events are free to attend with cash donations accepted for Habitat for Humanity. There will also be free hot chocolate and cookies served at each skate.

All attendees are eligible to enter their names into a draw for four tickets to a Vernon Vipers game, to be raffled off at each skate. All of the proceeds from these skates will be donated to Habitat for Humanity Vernon Chapter.
