A mix of stand-up comedy and hilarious debates is taking the stage.
Award-winning comedian and host, Steve Patterson is excited to announce The Debaters Live on Tour is back on the road with 12 Canadian locations and an all-new line up. Patterson is touring with two of his favourite buds, Derek Seguin and Erica Sigurdson: a cast that puts the petals to the metal in a show where laughs (and puns) rain supreme.
The Debaters Live on Tour is the comedy stage show where comics go toe to toe in a battle of laughs and logic and Vernon picks the winner May 14 at the Performing Arts Centre.
The two top headlining comics perform two debates in everyone’s favourite comedy debate format made popular by the hit nationally broadcast Canadian radio program. But not before the show gets the hilarity rolling with a segment of smart stand-up comedy from all three of the comics.
Radio program creator and tour producer, Richard Side, is excited to present this extraordinary line-up that will deliver the spring-time fun and leave audiences debating their favourite punch-lines.
“It is amazing there are so many loyal listeners of the radio show,” said Side. “But there is this palpable joy in the live audience experience that can’t be replicated. You need to be there in person to catch those unscripted moments that usually get left on the cutting room floor.”
These all-new comedic debates will not be recorded, so get your tickets at ticketseller.ca.
