I want to send a note of appreciation to the city of Vernon and Vernon city council for the upgrades and improvements to the combination tennis/pickleball courts as well as the addition of a children's playground at Canadian Lake View Estates.
This long-awaited recreation amenity had a few contractor deficiencies that appear corrected with the new sport court surface and playing lines installed that turned out fantastic!
While the mayor and council are usually front and centre and seem at times to be the head of the community complaint department this is one project that needs them to receive a bouquet and sincere thank you for the excellent efforts by your staff!
