Letter of thanks to Vernon healthcare 'heroes'

From the ambulance crew to the discharge nurse, everybody was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, despite staff shortages and other difficulties

On June 17, 2024, I desperately needed treatment for a bad health emergency, had to stay at VJH for five days, and now want to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff I encountered.
From the ambulance crew to the discharge nurse, everybody was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, despite staff shortages and other difficulties.
A wise magician fixed me up, and while I am no Humpty Dumpty, I imagine that must have been as difficult as putting a broken raw egg back together. He probably would say that I eggs-aggerate a little. Fortunately he also ordered all the pain medication I desperately needed afterwards.
Despite the pain etc., it will remain a positive experience for me because of all the wonderful people I met at VJH.
Thanks to all of you! You are the true heroes of this country!
