LETTER: Wildfires a no fly zone

Morning Star reader asks if the photos were worth stalling firefighting efforts

I am one of many people who live below the fire on Highway 6 and was anxiously watching the planes fight the fire.

In the two hours they had to stop the air support because of someone’s drone there was lots of candling, and the fire could have spread and destroyed homes and lives.

Were the pictures from your drone worth it?
